Need a fluffy mic

I'm going on holiday with some mates in a couple of weeks time, and we're going to be taking a video camera with us. We're going to use this for shenanigans and talking to random people and filming it, just for the fun of it. If I've learnt one thing from my brief history of filiming, it's that people take you seriously when you have a fluffy microphone on the camera. As such, we need to acquire one to stick on the camera. The camera in question (an old JVC DVL20) doesn't have a jack for an external mic, but that's neither here nor there. We either need a cheap mic to stick on, or just a cover for the effect, and I was wondering where you can acquire one?

Can they be foam, or do they have to be fluffy?

It's just that a search for "microphone cover" on eBay brings up some foam ones in the £4 region.

Do a Google for "Microphone Windshields" , you can buy them at high street electronic hobby shops , £1.49 for small , £1.99 for large
