EDIT2: PC gaming is back on!

The main two things I care about are comfort and looking win. I don't have any budget, but I want to get good value for what I buy. I assume the G19 is out the window then? :p If somebody can justify its price over the G15, I'll get it.

I have smaller than average hands, and game using the palm grip, not the claw grip. As I understand it, Razer mice are suited to people using the claw grip.

At the moment, I'm thinking about the Razer Lycosa. I think it's an awesome looking keyboard.

The types of keyboards I think look great are the Razer range, Roccat, G19/15.

For mice, I tried a g500 and a mx518 a few years ago, for me they were uncomfortable, and didn't fit my hand.

The types of mice I think look win are: G9, Roccat Kone, Cyber Snipa stinger.

So what would you recommend?

Thanks :)

If the G500 was uncomfortable to you then may I suggest a Razer Deathadder which uses a claw grip style instead of the palm grip style the logitech mouses use (it's also better mouse imo).

For the keyboard then I'd recommend the G11 if you like the g15, it's pretty much the same thing without the lcd screen, which is useless tbh, unless you play WoW then it might be a little useful.

if u like the lycosa, then u could wait for the black window to come out instead, razers new keyboard, should be out hopefully next month.

as for mouse, it depends how you use mice really, if you more of a palm user, i would say the Deathadder, if your a claw user, i would go with the lachesis.

or, if you just want a killer mouse and dont mind paying for it, then the mamba

I'd rather be buying it very soon. I really don't want to wait for the new keyboard. Will the new one really be worth 40 odd quid more than the Lycosa?

roccat kone is amazing well worth the price...and it looks pure sex aswell!
for keyboard i use a ms reclusa which i got for mega cheap.

I've heard that the mouse has a lot of problems. Have you experienced any?

problems being what? the only one i heard of was a defective part in v1 of it but it was a rarity...plus all units are v2 now and its a lot more well put together.
no problems from my end......great mouse , super customizable.

i have pone it feels lovely (get the rubber one not the more expensive piano finish one) and the low keys are excellent.

Also you can macro every key, with 10 macros per key, on different profiles

another happy roccat kone user here. cracking mouse and no problems at all

I was thinking of getting the shiny one, as it's barely a couple £ more expensive

but the soft rubber coating on the keys on the normal one feels so nice :o

and the rest of it is shiny enough anyway :p

Tefal, I've heard that keyboard has problems though, like keys getting jammed. And that razer customer service is no good? Other than that, it's my first choice :)

only problems i have with it are from forgetting to clean my hands properly with strong solvent on them so a bit of the plastic is a tad melted :o
