Need a good management game

Legendary game, deflating the heads, cleaning up sick, strategically placing ward beds, loved that game
My vote goes to these two as all, both excellent games.
I saw an PC game called Commander in Chief, in the purple toy shop before coming into work this afternoon. The premise seems to be taking control of a country and deciding military and economic policy etc. I can only see one review on the rainforest site but it got 4 stars so might be worth a look.
Trouble is, I could see me nuking all the trouble spots, floggin' and hangin' the domestic populace who cause trouble and generally being a bit nasty, with my bit of power!
On a more mundane level I see Steam have Prison Tycoon 3 quite cheap, might be worth a look, specially kitted out Death Row all utilities Electricity and Gas!

I also enjoyed RCT3 however it is more annoying than the earlier versions as your ride popularity always decreases over time so you end up with massive expensive rollercoasters that everyone refuses to go on after a year or two :\
