Need a host

Try Easyspace. Not cheap, but the service quality/uptime/speed is very high and they will configure most things for you, or tell you how to do it properly, without any extra charge (I once got a 60 minute lesson in how to configure my Exchange server for free). They also have very good reminders if you forget to renew your domains etc. in that they will telephone you and explain what will happen if you don't renew within the various time limits following your domain registration lapsing.

As you would expect, they offer preconfigured Windows or Linux servers, or your own box that you can load software onto in their datacentre.

Their e-mail spam filtering is also very, very good.
