I have made a CV and sent it to a few warehouse companies few weeks back but i aint heard from them which makes me angry i'm sick of buying the local paper allways the same jobs every week lol

Can anyone give me some help would it be best to join some agency
any help will do i'm from london btw

cheers guys

play nice please - wolfy

Phonebook>employment agency> ****Job> Minimum wage> beers. :D

try addeco + brook street (more officy tho) theres flipping 100s.

Each one should at least one person that does full time jobs.

Try the job centre aswell, its a hideous place but sometimes some semi good jobs turn up.

Google for Job centre Plus. you may have to sign on tho im not exactly sure how it works.

Been to the job center just a waste of time i got a reference from the places i worked for befor 100% attendance but maybe i will need more references

Anyone out there that can do a references for me? than i could add these to my cv might breen me some luck lol

Cheers

check local papers etc, check agencys aswell,
its easy to find a job, as long as you don't mind what your doing.

I will do anythink tea boy etc lol long as i'm working just a bit down atm just sick of buying papers sending cvs and getting nothink in return hopefully somethink will turn up

Dear sir/madam,

Here is a refrence for RizL4.

He is a hardworking, dedicated person, often staying up till 1am to post on OcUK.

He is very good with an M4A1 and often defuses the bomb on Dust2.

His best score was 40-8 camping with a Mac10 on office.

Signed

Efour2

(Ps if you dont play counterstrike that will mean absoulutey nothing to you) :D

Efour2 not really needed is it, the guy is only asking for a bit of advice.

Depending how high your standards are will either make finding a job impossible or very easy. You could get a retail based job at a super market quite easily I would imagine.

No idea on how it is in your area mind, but if you check with newsagents and other small buisness in the area you may get lucky with one looking to employ new staff.

what are you planning on doing after finishing microsoft certified systems engineer course ?
how long and how much ?
please tell me,

well hopefully i would get in job with the Certificates and i think it will take a year so far i been doing it for about 3 weeks and it cost 5 grand

Hang in there Rizl4, something'll turn up ... I was after a job all summer ... was turned down from supermarkets which like yourself ****** me off and made me unhappy ... well I stuck it out, applied to loads of places and managed to bag myself a job helping run the warehouse in a local Apple shop.

It's a pain, but keep up with the CV's and trawl the job pages on the net :) and local papers ... you'll find something

yeah, 5 grand ain't cheap,
i would love to do something like that, but im really scared that ill waste money, time and then won't get any IT job :(,
how hard is it to get MCSE ? do you know anybody that has done it?

Hmm i temped for about a year when i left Uni through addeco.

You have to just get in with the ladies there.

I actually enjoyed it, Not too long in one place, and a radical switch of jobs every few months. I worked for NEXT in a warehouse, a call centre, Gardening and did some IT work aswell. All pretty good fun.

Like yewen said if you are really flexable, dont mind the odd mind numbing job, id hit up an agency, tell them the score straight up and if they are decent they will try and always keep you with a stream of work.

Just tell em how it is, a lot of temp jobs lead to perm. places, or at least they did.
