need a little advise

got an A64 4000+ here that i might sell, ive cleaned the thermal paste from on top of chip best i can, but there is still a little bit by the side of the IHS, and a small amount on 3 pins, whats the best way to get it all off?

Just use a tiny piece of cloth and be very gentle. Try wrapping it around a very small flat screwdriver and scrape it slightly!

Spray it with Isopropyl alcohol. Available from a local electronics store.
