Need a little help with F@H

Hey, I've just started folding, and I'm having some 'problems' with FahMon, on the client, my PC, it has a yellow square, 0% progress, ETA is N/A and PPD is 0.00, and also, in the log window, nothing is happening, there's no progress at all. I had to refresh it a bunch of times in order for it to show "[12:51:56] Completed 2500 out of 250000 steps (1)"

Is it just my machine being slow? Or is there something I didn't configure properly? I used the quick setup guide to setup, it was late last night when I did it.

Colour codes:

Black

FahMon is unable to access to the directory where this client is located.

Red

The client is currently stopped.

Orange/Yellow

The client seems to be inactive or in an unknown state. The former happens most of the time when the elapsed time since the last completed frame is too high (this happens if another process is using the processor). An unknown state occurs when FahMon does not have sufficient information to decide whether the client is running or not. Check the Messages Window to find out what is happening.

Blue (optional)

The client has been flagged as having an asynchronous clock, this state is also triggered when the monitoring machine passes over 00:00 local time. The basic meaning of this state is that the client is still working, but you "may" need to check on it.

Green

Everything is Ok, FahMon should display all information about this client, as long as the project database is up to date.

I also have two instances of FahCore_78.exe in task manager - I dunno if that's supposed to happen or not...
 
Which client are you using? Is it running on the machine in your sig? Some big WUs can take up to a week to crunch so it wouldn't be abnormal to see frame times, the time it takes to complete 1%, that are over an hour. Each WU will run at a different speed since they're all different.

EDIT: Two instances of FahCore_78.exe would indicate that you're running two simultaneous clients. You probably don't want that.
 
Ah, I see...lol. I'm running the CPU client (the console one) and yeah, it's running on my lowly 'chine in my sig.

I don't know why it's running two clients though :/

EDIT: I closed the other .exe and another instance of the console and it seems to be all fine now in FahMon.
