Need a motherboard and graphics card for under £300

Just got an asrock dual today and it's fooked, i'm nae happy got it from an auction site.
I'm not really wanting to take a chance with another asrock board especially as i can only seem to be able to buy them at auction...
So i'm saying screw it.. i've got an X2 4200 lying here that i can't use!!!
I'm looking for a motherboard and a graphics card for around the £300 mark, and i'll just sell my X850XT on that damn auction site. unless anyone on here want's it.. got it from OCUK about 2-3 months ago... it's the powercolour one and i paid £200 for it.
So yeah lemme know what board and graphics card i shoud get, i'll be ordering it from OCUK tonight so hopefully will have it by friday.

Just to let you know i'm hoping to overclock the X2 4200 from 2.2 to 2.6 that'll be enuf for me. The board must have 4x ram dimms and Sata2.
Hmm i forgot i'd also need a new PSU as mine's a 20pin one :( recommend me one of them too... Will be running above system except my 2x80GB's will be coming out and replaced with 1xWD250GB SATA

and the ASROCK SKT-939 939DUAL-SATA2 S/L 1000FSB's are in stock right now at a competition website for £45 inc.
 
I found one, and ordered it with next day delivery, still have to wait till friday to get it though :( poor X2 will have to just wait a while for some action...
Now to see if i can get my money back for this board, as the guy is insisting it was working fine with him.
