Hi all,

I'm looking for a new 5Ghz WiFi PCIE card (or maybe a good USB dongle??).

Currently I have an ASUS PCE-AC68 which now refuses to connect to 5Ghz networks. Range is not an issue as I have a 5Ghz WiFi extender less than 10 feet away which my CCTV cameras connect to fine, as does my work laptop and various iPad's etc so I know the issue sits with the current card.

Any advice on good reliable WiFi cards or dongles, must have drivers for windows 10.

TIA

Seppy

I've just upgraded to the model up from your original card - the PCE-AC88 and I've been impressed.

Nice one

I bought a cheap 20 quid usb dongle from amazon and it’s working great.

I do however think there is an issue with my motherboard, using the dongle on the rear USB3 port it does the same as my original card, moving to the front and it works perfectly. Very odd...
