Need a new card!

My HIS HD 6950 IceQ X Plus has fried (I think..) and I need to replace her! My current setup is:

i5 2500K 3.30GHz @ 4.60GHz DDR3 Quad Core. Running W7 Ultimate with dual monitors (if that makes any difference).

Any recommendations? I wouldn’t want to spend more than £250 – I only use my PC for WoW and some sparse CS:GO. I’m currently watching the same card (Turbo version) on an auction site for £10 – the auction ends later today. If I win, I’ll go with it. But I want a plan B!

Don't play either of those games but I think WoW is all CPU and cs isn't going to require much to run it. If you were happy with the performance of the 6950 a cheap 7850 (or 6950) would do. 6950's go for very little money now.

I wouldn't epxect to spend anywhere near £250 (considering the original card was circa £150) but was simply stating my limit
