Need a new case

Ok I really want a new case for my rig to keep it cooler as my Sonata 2 is not good enough. I do not want any doors on the front of it that can block intakes. It also needs to have a 120mm intake and exhaust fan as I like to keep the noise down. A removable mobo tray would be good to. I have been looking at the Lian Li PC60.

I can buy a PC-7B Plus II from a good supplier here in Vancouver. A removable mobo tray would be nice though.
