Need a new comp - £700 budget

Hi all I need a new computer which can run games really well, I dont mind using 4gig ram to start with if the budet cant get anymore and then I will upgrade it when I get more money.

I will need everything apart from a sound card, vdu and peripherals.

Edit:

I play WoW, blackops, starcraft2 and other latest fps games normally on 1680x1050 resoultion.

I will be using 2 screens.

I don't know much about overclocking but if the hardware allows it I'm all ears.
