I used to have a Corsair H-50 but I upgraded my Mobo to a Gigabyte Z77X-D3H Intel Z77 and I do not have the bracket for an Intel board and frankly I am Fed it with the damn water cooler.

So, Can you guys Think of any good fan coolers ?

Things to consider

Mobo: Gigabyte Z77X-D3H Intel Z77
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.40GHz
Ram: Corsair Vengeance RED 8GB
case: Cooler Master HAF 912 plus

Edit: seen This one, has good reviews, Thoughts ?

These both seem very big, Do i really need something that big just to cool a i5 3570k ?

The Akasa AK-CC4005SP01 Venom Nano CPU Cooler I liked in the OP seemed good and its cheap

When it comes to cooler "bigger is better" is almost always true, and as long as it will fit in your case why not? The bigger/better it is, the better it cools; the slower the fans need to run; the quieter the system.
Akasa Venom is okay but not even close to others suggested.

Some people spend mega-money on case, good motherboard, fast CPU, fast GPU and then scrimp on cooler.... Go figure.

I'm thinking of it more along the lines of the a few pounds more will get you a much better cooler. The K2 may be stretching it a bit if you're on a budget (despite it being a very good deal) but the TS140 is great value currently. Also you don't need a big cooler to cool the i5 3570K but at least it means you can run them very quietly compared to that Akasa. A 140mm will be much better and quieter than the 100mm fan on the Nano.

Get a Noctua D-14, you will never look elsewhere and will never look back. edit: I see you have high ram, and would have to set the 120mm front fan much higher up. :( lol

The Thermalright on sale would be nice, really good fans on the thermalright coolers.

I'd get the d14 overall a better package especially the fan clip system the silver arrow one you have to pretty much take off the heatsink to change / add remove fans.A £20£30 cooler probably isn't going to be an upgrade from an H50 wont corsair give out the brackets for 2011 ? I read somewhere that the LGA 1366 bracket is compatible with the LGA 1155 regarding the corsair H50

Not really. Replacing the fan on the SA is pretty easy, more so because you don't have to take anything out, not even the fan clips.

Guys, to go from someone wanting a £20 cooler to recommending an NH-D14 that is £50 more is a significant ask. The TRUE Spirit 140 is perfect in that it is still very cheap and better/quieter than the H50 without having to triple the budget to get a good cooler.

Still have my k2, gonna be building my 3570k setup tomorrow. Currently on an i7 920 at 4.2ghz, hope the k2 should be fine with the new kit.

I honestly have no idea. I had a few brackets for the cooler but none for the back of the mobo. This was a downer since I had everything in bits ready to build and I ended up having to put the build on hold for the weekend while i wait for a new cooler to arrive. Also The H50 is on its way out, Has been making a squirting / rushing liquid noise for some time now, Gets annoying.
Sure it keeps my CPU to 40c at max but its such an annoying cooler, physically, if I'm honest.

I rushed my purchase and Got the Akasa Venom due to the distress of the H50 no fitting the mobo.
Reading through this the True spirit 140 seems to have been the right choice.

I'll run with the Akasa and let you guys know how it gets on.
