Need A New Desktop

I have about £300 to buy a new desktop PC, its won't be used for gaming just web browsing, some video editing and encrypting and video playback.

I've been browsing ready built systems but may decide to build this one depending on what works out better.

Any advice would be great please

I have a 22" monitor, decent keyboard & mouse etc. I just need the case and internals.

I have an optical drive (dvdr/rw) and a 350w PSU.

Thanks for the suggestions, will these boards take the newer CPU's if I decide to upgradeat a later date?

Great I'm limited on cash this month as the missus has just refitted the living room with new everything so might be an idea I can upgrade the CPU & RAM at a later date
