need a new gaming build for £600

hey guys I've been out of the building pc buisness for a while now so i have no idea of components anymore.

i'm looking to get back into pc gaming and need to include windows 7, 32 or 64
any ideas on what could be good to use for some of the latest games?

i was looking at the one from ryder, will i need a 64 bit or a 32 bit windows system or should i upgrade the ram a bit more?
also is amd better than intel for a cpu?

what do you mean by overkill? the case is overkill or the rig?
and what would you recommend then?
