Need a new gpu for streaming/gaming pc

I'll be streaming and gaming from the same PC, using a 1080p monitor, eventually upgrading to 144hz soon. I might get a second monitor too.

I usually play games on low. Not bothered about playing high graphics. I am considering playing VR games too.
