What is your budget? I'd probably recommend an X1800XT for ~£135 or an X1900XT for a shade over £200 but it depends on how much you are willing to spend and also partly on how good your PSU is. What are the rails like on your PSU e.g. stability wise and in terms of Amps supplied on the 12v rail?

//edit Stelly it is the dual SATA motherboard so it should capable of both PCI-E and AGP :)

Then for the money assuming that my guess about the fact the motherboard supports both I'd have to go for an X1800XT 256mb, you could also look at the 7900gs if you really want Nvidia but I think ATI has the superior offering here. :)

Even a generic 450w PSU will power a 7900gs. Most of the 7900 series cards are really very power efficient and i'd guess that this one is the best of the lot.

The X1800XT would have been a different matter. I wouldn't have wanted to run one of those on that power supply. Plus the 7900gs SHOULD overclock well, so I doubt there will be that much of a performance difference.
