Need a new IPS monitor for gaming

Hi all

I dabble in a bit of photography so require a screen with good picture quality. I also like to play games like CS and BF competitively.

I'm currently using an Asus PA248Q due to the superior colour reproduction etc, and the picture quality is superb.

I have a decent rig, 8700k@5ghz, 1080 FTW HYBRID, but feel the 60hz of my monitor is really letting my gaming down.

If I had space for 2 monitors it'd be easy, but I have to replace mine instead.

I would like G-sync however if there's any G-sync compatible freesync monitors I'd be down for that too! I'm not too fussed on resolution, be it 1080 or 1440 I don't mind.

Any ideas please guise?

If money is not an issue.

Choices are limited here, prices are sky high

Requires calibration but has about the best colour reproduction in a gaming monitor. Frame design makes it less prone to back-light bleed than its major competitor although this is an issue with all these monitors and varies from screen to screen.
