need a new ISP but which?

Fed up with VM, and really want to get a new ISP. I'm currently on the 20MB XL package, last night was the final straw when my upload speed was beating my download speed. 60kb/sec down, 90kb/up. And I seem to have a huge amount of packet loss.

According to SamKnows here are my options:

Go for Be or one of the Enta Resellers

If you're fairly close to the exchange go with Be*
