I'm after a new knife that will essentially be all purpose. I currently only have a pretty average 9cm Sabatier Stellar that I somehow use for everything...

Can anyone recommend something decent that will fit the bill for all standard meat/fish/veg prep. Not even sure what size to get really, would this 11" Global fit the bill? Or maybe 20cm would be better?
Guess I should get a sharpener as well, but don't really want to spend more than £80-90 total.
