My trusty old alienware has finally died. After spending a week replacing parts and trying to get it fixed it still wont boot so im putting it down to a motherboard fault.
Looking for a system to fit the following:
-Portable, would like something fairly light weight but doesnt need to be a super portable. 13/14inch, 15inch max
-Mainly used for watching movies/tv shows, So a decent screen capable of 720p is a plus
-Be able to do some light gaming, not talking crysis on max settings, just enough power to be able to run the odd rts and wow
-Decent battery life
-Budget of around £800
Im even considering a 13 macbook pro but its a bit pricey for a core 2 duo based system.
Anyone got any suggestions?
