Need a new laptop

So im in need for a new laptop for my nan as hers died it was an aspire 5551 but now we want something new she doesnt game she does pretty much everything else needs to be at decent speed loading things etc.

300-450 is the budget thxx..

Just wondering why does your nan need a laptop, you can get more for your money with a desktop (unless she has no desk in which case it will then cost more).

If it isn't for gaming why not just buy a standard stock laptop?
