Need a new mobo. advice please

As the title says. I have narrowed it down to the following 2:

Gigabyte GA_965P_DS3

Asus P5B Deluxe

the pc will most probably be on 24/7. What would you guys recommend?

If you need Crossfire then go for the ASUS.

If not, then go for the Gigabyte.

They're both very good boards.
