Need a new Mobo.

I'm looking for a stable and cheap 754 motherboard with agp, ob sound and at least 3 dimm slots.

It will not be used for overclocking or tweaking in any way.

Can anyone recommend one?

check out the clearance or b grade items for good cheap deals....

asus n abit are stable
dfi, msi are great for overclocking

There's a nice Abit NF8 nForce3 in the clearance section for £35. If you want even cheaper there's also a MSI K8T Neo-FSR in there for £23.50.
