need a new monitor , any advice?

hi folks, ill be getting rid of my 37inch fullhd tele, and just buying a monitor so i can use my pc without going blind.lol


so im looking for a monitor. Im willing to spend up to £220 . (roughly)

I would like it to be 1080p . have HDMI input , and freeview since ill be using it as a tv . but mostly for gaming.

any recommendations?
