Need a new monitor

Ok I will be getting the new DX11 ATI graphics cards when they come out and I need a new monitor. Not that fussed on size, 22-24 or bigger not fussed. I ideally want the best monitor I can get for 300-400 quid. All I will be doing is gaming and graphical stuff so please help me

Apparently it is because of the Panel, but the HP does even better...
