Need a new (not so powerful) PSU

Friends PSU has blown and she needs a new one. Her machine is a celeron,256mb ram,intergrated HD,1 DVD & 1 HD so doesnt need a hugely powerful PSU. Which one should i go for? Would have gone with Q-Tec but are there any other cheap n cheerful PSUs these days?

Her old one was 300W

Q-tec are anything but cheerful

Have a look for the xilence 420w, seen em for under £30 and they would be fine for some upgrades and very quiet too.

my old q-tec did a great job including overclocking, there not all bad!
