Need a NEW power supply-old one rubbish

I need a new PSU urgently due to my current PSU showing signs of ware. I have a:

Intel i5 750,
ATI Radeon 5850,
2 Hdd's and one SDD,
Xigmatek Asgard Case,

I have had a look at a few today and came up with 3 ideas but I am happy to hear you suggestions. These were the ideas:

They are the ideas and I would like to know which one would be better for my system or any others that are not listed above.

I also know another competitor that sells the XFX Modular 650w for £69.99, That was another suggestion but I cannot list the link and another website which sells the corsair TX650 for £75 instead of £86/£87 on OcUK

£48.50 x 1 - OCZ ModXStream Pro 500w Silent SLI Certified Modular Power Supply
which claims to be silent and modular
It won't arrive to Thursday so i can't comment on how it is in use, tell you later in the week.

cheers, m8, I bought the OcUK a.k.a. powercool PSU 650w for £40 3 months back and I now regret it because I am afraid it will bugger up my entire system! would you mind telling me your system???
