Need a new power supply

Hello,

For a second system, based around a 2600 Ryzen 5. GTX 970 KFA Black EOC edition. I've put it all together and it blew up my Xenta 400W. I used adapters to fit the 8pin and the 6pin it already had. Anyway I need a new PSU, has anyone heard of GameMax PSU? 600W rampage, is that a good PSU?

Any advice welcomed.

Stay away from those fleabay etc garbages.
You're lucky that Xenta didn't go firebomb.
And certainly wouldn't trust some GameMax any more than Kolink.

Bitfenix Formula, Seasonic Core etc are the cheapest ones I would recommend.

I'll second what @EsaT suggested, This would be the cheapest in stock. Rule of thumb here, is don't skimp or cheap out on the power supply.

Thanks both, I forgot I had a Corsair CV450 laying around. I've used that, it seems OK so far....
The Bitfenix Formula Series 550W looks good as does the Seasonic Gold. Thanks again.

if you can stretch to an rmx series su do that theyre great
