Need a new PSU, any suggestions?

Im saying the AX1200 is good, but made by a different company, there has been a few people complain about the noise they make while running,

I have a Antec 900 with a HDT-S1283, I doubt I will hear it. But then again I am trying to future proof and I could reasonably get water cooling.
