need a new psu for a x1900xt

ive been reading about people having whining issues with these cards and certain PSU's. ive currently got a antec 480w psu and ive got the whine aswell.

has anyone had any issues with their x1900xt, have you swapped psu's? if so id like to know if the noise went and the actual psu that replaced the old one
