need a psu to power this lot

gigabyte EP43-dsc motherboard
Q6600
1GB ATI 4870
4GB ram
5 case fans
LG BH08LS20 blu ray
LG GH22LS50 normal dvd
and a sound card...which i dont have yet but it will be something in the £130+ mark

In terms of wattage, you'll want 500+ for that lot really, or 600 if you want a bit of expansion potential in there.

You don't state if you're fussed about silence or modular cabling?
