need a new psu

Hi all, I've come to the conclusion that my PSU is working flat out when playing intensive games, it's getting to hot and sending heat into the room the fan then kicks in and thats really loud. I'm running 15 fans and 2 pumps on top of the spec below.
The noise is not a problem to me but the heat is.
What would be a good replacement that will produce less heat and less noise.

A 1000w silent pro should have no problems running that system. 15 fans, WTF Wind Tunnel alert :O

Don't really have a budget, just want one that runs a lot cooler.

There's no fault with the running of the PSU, it just produces to much heat.

Something more power efficient and of a greater wattage so it runs cooler.

Have a look at XFX gold/platinum 1000+ watt PSU's

which orientation have you got the current psu in your rig? Is the fan facing up or down into the bottom of the case? Perhaps the intake is the wrong way?

Interesting... On a wooden floor too so no carpet/stodgy insulating surface? I'd agree with stulid then and go for a gold/plat PSU.

The pc is on casters on carpet.. there's about 3" gap...

purchased a Corsair AX1200 wow what a difference, fixed the problems. Thanks for all the advice.
