Decided to upgrade an old cad rendering rig with a gtx570 (quick 'cheap' performance boost with gpu rendering
) and my psu isn't quite man enough....
Anyone got a recommendation for a shorter size 550w or thereabout psu that is modular and works well in the sugo sg01/02, got the nt07 cpu cooler which uses the psu fan.
Would prefer to keep the cost lower rather than higher though if possible.
Rest of specs...
s939 - x2 4200 89w (yeah yeah I know it's old but it does what it needs to do)
3x 3.5hd's
1x ssd
gtx 570hd 2.5gb
optical drive.
Ta very
edit: is the corsair builder series cx600 any good, seems to fit the bill, not too expensive, 3 year warranty etc...
