Need a new PSU

I need a PSU for around £30 to replace an ancient Hiper 500W which I believe popped and smoked lately but oddly it's still working.

The PC it'll be powering:

E6750
4GB DDR2 RAM
500GB HDD & SSD
8800GTS
About 6 fans

Will this one be OK?

Cheers guys, if I wanted to upgrade in the future to an i3 system would it still have enough power?

As the i3 is more power efficient, i don`t see why not.

Plenty of power for an i3 system, or even an i5 system. You could always use a PSU calculator online, there is one standardised one which is on many manufacturer websites. I personally take the recomendation with a pinch of salt and get an extra 50w though.
