Yeah I've reseated it multiple time and the PCI-E power lead is straight from the PSU.
I've also tried using a 2 molex to 6 pin PCI-E adapter to see if it's the PCI-E cable that's broke but no luck.

It would be best if you could confirm the GPU is good before spending out on a new PSU. It does to me sound more like a GPU issue than PSU.
Do you have a friend's pc you can borrow? Or maybe even a small local shop which could test it for you? (they shouldn't charge you anything)
