Need a new setup!

Got £500 to spend on a new setup which I will give to my dad towards the end of the month and I'll still have enough money for a conroe system!

I want to try AM2 and see what I think to it, and have come up with the following -

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3800+ 2.00GHz (Socket AM2) - £213
G.Skill 2GB DDR2 LA PC2-5300 - £117
Gigabyte GA_M55_S3G Plus (Socket AM2) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard - £64

This will integrate with -

Sapphire Radeon X1900XT-X 512MB
Enermax Liberty 620W
Antec P180B

Will replace my Pentium D 950 (Until Conroe)

Everything Look ok there chaps?
