I've taken a photo of our football club pennant. I need to be able to cut out the centre of it showing the black edge of the circle, as I need it for art-work for something. I don't need the writting round the edge.

I'm rubbish with photo manipulation, so would someone be so kind as to have a bash for me. I need the whites and blacks of the image as totally clear\block colour as possible. Thanks a ton if anyone can help me out.
