Need a pc for Sims3 and some casual gaming

hi, i just wanted to ask the community to spec me a £350-£450 pc for Sims3 uni work, this pc is for my girlfriend who is in love with sims but her laptop can just about run it on medium at 20-25fps... I already have a 6870 gpu, win7 for her. it would be nice if it contained a monitor (doesnt have to be high res) with cheap mouse and kb. thanks in advance

if you want to save some money, the cheapest H61 motherboard could replace the H67 one, and you could change the processor to the pentium G620 if youwere desperate to save some more cash. if you wanted to spend more then i'd recommend the zalman Z9 case, then a crucial M4 SSD
