A friend recommended me to join this forum. He's an old member here.

I need a new desktop.

Monitor 19" atleast
4GB Ram
at least 200GB hard disk
and 1GB graphics card

has to ave sound card, usb , network & stuff like that.

My Budget is £500 . Where can I find one ?

To get the best advice you need to be a bit more specific about what youre wanting from the PC? Whats it going to be used for?

As a starting place have a read of the thread in my sig/at top of the page, does the £500 need to include an operating system or have you already got one? And are you quite happy putting it together yourself?

I managed to build mine for £450 including OS but not a monitor. I've got a:

CPU: Phenom x4 9650
GPU: EVGA 9800GTX (512mb but maxes out mw2)
HDD: 500Gb Hitachi Deskstar
Mobo: Biostar TA780GM2+
RAM: OCZ value 4Gb
PSu: Atrix 650w
Case: Cheap (but great for cooling) iCute case from good ol (high street and online retail shop that specialises in electrical and PC goods beginning with M )
Optical Drive: Cheap 22x thing
OS: Vista HP

I would also check out some AM3 mobos and try an Athon II x4 CPU.

EDIT: Sorry, didn't think you were that strict on competitors!
