One that lets me pick and choose what starts up in the taskbar

I used to have one but an unplanned format put pay to that

Or is there anything in Windows that will let me choose?

cant you just use msconfig...you know start>run>msconfig :confused:

Another vote. Makes it quick and easy to see what's loading up via the registry, startup folder, or WIN.INI, etc. and get rid of the riff-raff.

Yup that was the Windows way i was on about, couldnt for the life of me remember it
