OK, so I was going to flog my current rig to make way for an i5 setup. However, the parents have got wind of this and have asked to have it setup as an office PC downstairs. It will be an E6750 (old chip I have spare so I can flog the E8400), 4GB RAM, 680i mobo (I will sell 2GB :D) and a single budget GPU.

Obviously the HX620W PSU will stay in my system, so I need a cheap GPU and PSU to run the above spec.

What can you recommend me? Needs to be cheap, so let's say £75 for both if possible.

Thinking this for the GPU:

Thanks!

i know you said the PC will be used as an office PC but will there be any sort of gaming going to be done with PC?

None whatsoever, it's going to be used by my mother for purely Internet browsing and Office 2007 use. The odd DVD or mp3 playlist may be played occasionally, nothing that needs any real GPU rendering power.

If there will be no gaming, and not much stress on the system, I would try get a decent second hand card to save up on the money. As for the PSU, newer is always better, for obvious reasons, so the BeQuiet above is good, but second hand is an option too.

Op's rig would pull no more than 150w at the wall. My second pc has a E8500, Gigabyte EP43 UD3L, ATI 4650, 2x2Gb Hyper X PC2 6400, DVDRW, 2x HDD, Zalman ZM-MFC2 multifunction controller, 4x case fans plus the cpu fan and idle is 75w, 100% CPU load (IBT) is 124w, max load (furmark and IBT both together) is only 147w. The rig is running off a Enermax Pro 82+ 385w psu.

Have a look around for a Corsair Builder Series CX430 V2 for around £35.
