Need a PSU with lots of 5 pin sata connections

I intend to have 11 3.5 inch hard drives in my system so I will need some combination of 5 pin sata and molex to sata converters.

The corsair VS range don't seem to have quite enough, are Aerocool any good?

The rest of the system will be a Ryzen 5 2600, 16GB DDR4 and a 1060 3g.

How many HDD's could I run off a molex using adapters?
