Need a PSU

For this mobo:

I'd originally got this PSU

but the 4 pin power cable is incompatable. Do we need a new PSU (suggestions?)or can we can a converter for a standard molex cable?

What do you mean its Incompatible?

The four pin connection on the mother board is different to the 4 pin psu connector. here's a pic

I will in a moment, the website of the mobo says

- 20 pin ATX power connector
- 4 pin 12V power connector

the 4 pin is square square
triangle triangle

Just really confused how an atx 2.2 with a 20 pin connector and a 4 pin doesn't work

Worked it out, my Dad and bro were being silly (i'm trying to help them over the net) the 4 pin they're trying to use is actually the 4 you need if it's a 24 pin motherboard. They didn't realise there was an 8 pin connector which split in to two fours for the cpu. Got there eventually. phew.
