Need a quick answer

Your board slots are as follows

1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16
1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x8
(The PCIEx16 and PCIEx8 slots support ATI CrossFireX technology and conform to PCI Express 2.0 standard.)
1 x PCI Express x4 slot
3 x PCI Express x1 slot
1 x PCI slots

The card in question uses a PCI Express 2.0 If i can read this right

Cant see a problem here

since your PSU is an unbranded one i'm going to strongly suggest you get a new one.

if your motherboard supports SLI as well as crossfire i would suggest a 650W PSU to cope with that. if it doesnt then your next upgrade will probably be the next gen graphics card if you go for the 560Ti

i will suggest you get the 2GB version of that card as more and more gaes are using more than 1Gb VRAM
