The 12V line is a little on the low side but I think the PSU should just about cope providing the PC isn't overclocked. However isn't it really the job of the purchaser to check whether the PSU is capable?

Yes but i would imagine that some ebay users may just say the PSU is buggered because it reboots in games and try to get a refund saying it's faulty. They could always drop it to make sure b4 they send it back. Ooo I am synical aren't I.

I just want to know that it stands a chance b4 I post it all the way from the Midlands to Belfast really.
