Need a quick decent website CMS & forums, plz plz answer lol

Howdy.

I need a free CMS so I can just post random crap. I have a blog and wordpress is awesome. But now I kinda want a website I can mess around with. Anyone got any good recommendations?

Also does anyone know of a the BEST free PHP forum?

CMS?- PHP-Fusion, no question about it. Only thing is that ATM the integration with other stuff is pretty rubbish, and this means you would either have to stick with the included forum or put up with separate logins.

Forum wise, I'd go for SMF; Currently in the middle of moving a PHPBB board across, as while there may be slightly fewer mods etc, the board platform as a whole is more secure and IMHO easier to to use. (My prefered option is Invision Power Board, but I can't afford this )
