After much asking around i ordered a 8800 GTS 640 from a E-tailer but unfortunately they werent able to deliver so i had to cancel the order. Now, im going after a GTX. Two questions, Will 535W enermax PSU be enough? Secondly, will my Oced e6300 bottleneck the card?

The rest of specs is in sig.
