My recently built setup is an AMD 955, Gigabyte mobo, 4 Gb Geil ram, Bequiet 530W PSU etc, etc.
This rig will only be used for occasional gaming until I get my SB system built, after which it will only be used for PhotoShop, office duties, surfing etc.
I'm looking at fitting either an Nv 460 or an ATI 5850 which, I may even swap to the SB rig when it's built as I probably won't even need a gfx card for what it would be used for.. both the above gfx cards seem to offer a similar performance so really, it's all down to which one is the quietest ?. It won't be OC'd and I'd prefer a quiet card.
Any suggestions as to which is the most quiet or, is there any benefit of choosing one over the other which I hadn't thought about?
