hey guys as title says, my L90D+ died this morning, turned it on and heard a loudish woosh followed by everything in the house turning off. it doesnt turn on or anything....so looking for a replacement...as cheap as possible

Looking at the Haans-Gruber screens, especially the 19" WS variant, any others that are better, want to be as cheap as possible, and if possible be on par with my L90D+ which the Haans-G seems to do.

as far as i know none of them are comparing them to my dead L90D+.....which is what i was asking, as i dont understand all the the specs these monitors have.

True but a lot of them are mentioning all kinds of 19" ws variants! Do you prefer to have a WS for your new monitor?

WS would be handy, do a lot of gaming (race sims-they all support WS res) and a heck of a lot of PS work making paint schemes for the cars and so on...so the extra space or extra width would make this a lot easier.

I have read the tons of threads, including the ones that are 7 pages long and so on, but none are compared against my L90D+ which the new one will be replacing, and as i dont understand the specs or anything that goes with the monitors, i dont want a screen, which is going to be worse than my L90D+

I dont want to buy a new monitor, and find out its not as good as the L90D+, thats why i asked in my own thread

Fair enough, I cant help in comparison to your L90D+ but if I were to get a 19" I would more than likely get the Belinea 1925S1W as the specs seem pretty dang good. However I've just spotted the Hyundai ImageQuest N91W and that has good specs too and it looks quite nice :)

WS is very handy, most of the games I play support WS but if they dont the majority can be hacked in to making them work (usually in the .cfg file).
